If guests decide to come with pets, the owner and animal will be asked to leave (we have the right to retain payment).
If evidence of a pet having stayed is discovered, guests shall be charged a mandatory €200 fee.

You’re still staying in the country, overlooking the valley.
For bookings in one listing, the check-in time is anytime after 16:30. For the 6 bedroom listing, however, check-in is from 17:00. Departure time is by 10:00. This is to ensure the safety of our guests, as well as us, as your hosts.
If you intend to arrive after dark, please let us know in advance as we’d like to have the lights on inside for your arrival.
Please do not arrive sooner than the stated arrival time.
Requests for earlier check-in times or later check-outs are refused as we require the whole ‘changeover’ period (i.e., the time between the last guests leaving and your arrival) to thoroughly clean and prepare for your stay and allow for any mishap. We will update you when it is ready.

Like everything in our accommodation, we invested in having fibre broadband and WiFi routers installed to ensure strong signal in each and every room, with many of our guests telling us that the WiFi is better than their own at home in the city!
The Smart TVs are all internet-enabled HD and we provide the best Netflix Premium Ultra HD complimentarily.
Our broadband system itself is very robust and reliable.
For safety reasons and to preserve the WiFi system, we may need to temporarily turn the WiFi off if the weather forecasts a storm, thunder, or lightning. When there is lightning, we may ask that you disconnect all wires from the TVs also.
No broadband provider can guarantee the speed or availability of the service (e.g., roadworks 40km away cut off thousands of homes and businesses in County Donegal in February 2020, or in the event of a power cut).
