???? The Accommodation

The generous accommodation of 730ft² plus an outdoor courtyard area offers flexible open-plan living and sleeping space, ideal for family or friend rural getaways, romantic breaks for two, as a workcation retreat or business travel base.

The bright living area features a vaulted ceiling, stripped wood flooring and patio doors which create a wonderful sense of space and light.

During the evening or on a rainy day, you can kick back and enjoy a movie marathon on Netflix, with our 50-inch Smart TV.  We’ve got 200+ Irish, UK and international channels that cater for kids too!

The open-plan kitchen-diner is fully equipped with full-size modern appliances and a dining bench with stools. All the essentials you will need to make you feel right at home.

Our sheltered sun-trap courtyard with picnic table is the perfect place for you to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun and meals outside with friends and family.

There are three ultra-comfortable beds in the spacious bedroom which also has a door leading out to the courtyard.

Each bed has a pocket-sprung mattress for extra comfort, so you can expect a great night’s sleep!

We also have floating bedside tables with reading lights if you want to snuggle up with a good book before heading into dreamland and you can pivot the Smart TV around to continue your Netflix marathon!

The en suite shower room features a serene walk-in rainfall shower perfect for washing away the day’s adventure. Plus there is a hand-held option and a mirror and shelves for getting ready.

Practicalities

You’ll also find ample hanging space, luggage racks, and shelving, so you can store away all of your luggage, whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few weeks!

Travel cots are available by prior arrangement and are free for our Book Direct guests.

If you’re an eco-conscious traveller, rest assured we also care about looking after the environment, so this new-build is superbly insulated, and we’ve installed solar-powered hot water, and our air source heating system ensures you have a comfortable background temperature without costing the ‘earth’.

If you’re a business traveller and need to combine work with your stay, we’re workcation ready with our super-fast fibre-optic wi-fi and direct ethernet connection.

For the duration of your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire property, including the courtyard garden, and complimentary parking.
